Before rolling the Impossible® Cheese Steak out throughout our 100+ locations, we tested it within the Las Vegas market.
This allowed us to gather feedback from real Capriotti's guests and tweak the sandwich to make it the most mouth-watering plant-based sandwich on the market. Even our meat-loving patrons have given our vegetarian options a big "thumbs up!"
